Merchandise Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and interact positively with customers, embodying customer experience principles
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Process transactions, returns, and promote credit and loyalty programs
• Support merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale
• Participate in store recovery, safety, and shrink reduction initiatives
• Adhere to policies, labor laws, and safety protocols
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to respond adaptively to changing situations
• Physical capability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
• Effective teamwork and collaboration skills
• Retail experience preferred
