Key Duties
- Orchestrate merchandise processing and store presentation
- Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles
- Maintain organizational standards and safety protocols
- Support store goals, including shrink reduction and customer service
- Ensure compliance with policies and promote safety awareness
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and respond to changing situations
- Team player with training ability and attention to detail
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
