Merchandise Associate

About the role

Responsible for delivering a high customer satisfaction experience by engaging with customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting operational standards. May be cross-trained to assist in various store areas to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Models excellent customer service and embodies customer experience principles
• Supports a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately processes transactions, promotes loyalty programs, and maintains merchandising standards
• Participates in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety initiatives
• Supports loss prevention and shrink reduction efforts
• Performs other duties as assigned
