Merchandise Associate

About the Role

Our retail staff create memorable concert experiences by delivering outstanding customer service, assisting guests with merchandise, and enhancing the event atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service
• Make sales recommendations and assist with purchases
• Accurately operate POS systems
• Maintain inventory and ensure stock accuracy
• Present merchandise effectively and follow plan-o-grams
• Manage fixtures and maintain shop cleanliness
• Re-stock merchandise as needed
• Follow supervisor instructions and adapt to changing duties
• Create a positive environment and engage guests
• Increase sales through product knowledge and customer interaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods
• Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends and overtime
• Honesty, integrity, and excellent customer service skills
• Strong sales abilities and adaptability
• Teamwork and ability to accept constructive feedback
• Self-starter attitude and reliability
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
