We are seeking a customer-focused team member responsible for delivering a positive shopping experience, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Model excellent customer service and engage with customers
• Support store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately process transactions, returns, and promote loyalty programs
• Uphold merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale
• Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety initiatives
• Support loss prevention and store recovery efforts
• Perform various store duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects
• Retail experience preferred but not required
• Flexible schedule to support business needs
