Merchandise Associate

Role: Responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and adhering to operational standards. May support various store areas to meet business needs. Models excellent customer service and promotes store culture based on honesty, integrity, and respect.Accurately processes transactions, supports credit and loyalty programs, and follows merchandising standards.Participates in store recovery, maintains organization and cleanliness, and supports safety and shrink reduction initiatives.Supports a safe environment and performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Excellent customer service and communication skills.Flexible availability and ability to adapt to changing situations.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multi-task and lift heavy objects with or without accommodations.Experience in retail customer service is preferred. Key Duties: Engage with customers, process transactions, support store merchandising, ensure safety and cleanliness, participate in store recovery, and contribute to a positive shopping environment.
