Merchandise Associate

About the role

Deliver an exceptional fan experience through customer service, merchandise display, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with inquiries and maximize sales
• Process retail transactions and maintain cleanliness
• Stock and organize merchandise according to visual directives
• Manage inventory through cycle counts and physical inventories
• Record sales accurately via POS systems
• Provide a total customer experience and perform additional duties as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail experience preferred but not required
• Outgoing, team-oriented, and self-motivated with strong communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Knowledge of products and policies, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
