Merchandise Associate

About the Role

Responsible for creating an exceptional game day retail experience by providing outstanding customer service, merchandise presentation, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and make sales recommendations
• Accurately operate POS systems
• Restock and maintain inventory
• Implement visual merchandising plans such as plan-o-grams
• Assist with event gift shop setup
• Ensure safety policies are followed
• Support store operations to exceed fan expectations
• Maintain store cleanliness
• Engage with fans and promote merchandise
• Support safety protocols

Flexibility in responsibilities and a proactive attitude are essential to success in this role.

Requirements

• Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and enthusiasm
• Excellent customer service and sales abilities
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently or in teams

Qualifications

• Prior experience with merchandising is a plus
