About the role
Join our team as a MEP VDC/Revit Specialist in Little Rock, AR. We are seeking a skilled individual to develop detailed construction documents and 3D models in Revit, focusing on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed construction documents and 3D models in Revit, focused on MEP systems
- Lead BIM coordination efforts with architects, engineers, and project managers
- Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Navisworks
- Establish and maintain drafting standards and documentation protocols
- Conduct site visits to verify existing conditions and ensure design accuracy
- Provide technical support throughout construction and manufacturing phases
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders across all project stages
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Revit (required)
- Experience with AutoCAD, BIM workflows (ACC/BIM 360), Navisworks, and Bluebeam
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and engineering principles
- Ability to read, interpret, and produce complex technical drawings
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Associate degree or certification in drafting, engineering technology, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in an architectural or engineering environment preferred

Work Environment
This is an on-site / hybrid role based at our Little Rock office. Remote-only applicants will not be considered. Strong preference will be given to candidates currently residing in or willing to relocate to the Little Rock / Central Arkansas area. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
Physical Demands
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone, keyboard reach, stoop kneel to install/repair computer equipment.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. Light to moderate lifting is required.
Pay
$50,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually
