MEP Superintendent - Data Centers, Mission Critical

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor field variations and keep the Project Superintendent informed of these changes.
• Ensure that subcontractors understand job schedules and make every effort to meet them.
• Review manpower requirements relative to meeting current job progress schedules, follow-up for timely delivery of materials to meet established schedules.
• Cover work among the various trades and supervise and direct the work of the line and grade crews.
• Aid in the training and development of subordinates.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree with four years of formal engineering or architectural training and three years of building construction experience required.
• Knowledge of contract documents, drawings and specifications, of line and grade (survey), construction and engineering principles.
• Demonstrate leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
• Computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs.
• A basic knowledge of accounting and cost control procedures.

Pay

Compensation Range: $146,678.11 - $167,632.13
