MEP Superintendent - Construction

Job Details

• Responsibilities:
• Cook up and oversee MEP trades on construction projects
• Develop and maintain MEP schedules and make sure they're on track
• Ensure all MEP installations adhere to the necessary codes and standards
• Collaborate with other construction pros to guarantee project success
• Oversee the setup, upkeep, and repair of all MEP systems
• Develop and execute quality control measures for MEP systems
• Monitor project progress and give regular updates to stakeholders
• Make sure all safety protocols are followed on site
• Manage and mentor junior MEP staff
• Qualifications:
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in MEP coordination, scheduling, and oversight
• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction management is preferred
• Deep understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulations
