Applicants must be able to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship of any type Summary The Construction Assistant Superintendent will help lead and manage large-scale construction for the entire project lifecycle, developing project strategies, plans, and budgets, and assembling qualified project teams. The role involves scheduling, coordinating, and supervising craft employee activities, which may include supervising various trade groups (electricians, boilermakers, and carpenters) in different construction disciplines such as, civil, structural, electrical. Responsibilities Guide and support craft labor, subcontractors, and field personnel including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sheet metal tradesCoordinate scheduling, manpower, equipment, materials, and daily construction operationsSupport equipment startup, commissioning, QA/QC, and project closeout activities.Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, project schedules, and safety standardsCoordinate with project management, engineering, quality control, procurement, and subcontractors to resolve field issuesMonitor productivity, project progress, and workforce performanceEnforce OSHA safety standards and company safety programs Qualifications 5+ years of Superintendent or construction supervisory experience on commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center projectsExperience managing large-scale projects valued at $50M+ preferredKnowledge of construction scheduling, cost control, commissioning, and field operationsAbility to lead large teams and coordinate multiple trades and subcontractorsValid Drivers License
