MEP Manager - Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities

• Provide document control including shop drawings, submittals, change orders, progress photos, and daily reports with mechanical/electrical/plumbing focus.
• Lead the spatial coordination and assembly of the building information model (BIM) with focus on the mechanical/electrical/plumbing focus.
• Leads the planning and execution of scheduled construction activities with MEP focus.
• Capable of procuring mechanical/electrical/plumbing scopes of work.
• Establishes project level risk assessment and associated controls for mechanical/electrical/plumbing scopes of work.
• Support Zero Injury safety program.
• Support the Quality Leadership System
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

The schedule for this role is typically Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed. Flexible scheduling is available based on project needs.
