We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the job description. Key sections: - About the role: description of opportunity, internship details, location, duration, start date, etc. Could be "About the role" or "About the internship". The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those exact headings if content exists. We have content: "This Opportunity WSP USA hosts hundreds of interns...". That's about the role. So we can have

About the role

with paragraphs. Responsibilities: list of duties: "Support a variety of engineering tasks...", bullet list. So we can have

Responsibilities

with
  • items. Requirements/Qualifications: There's "Who You Are Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". Could combine into Requirements and Qualifications sections. The instruction says we can have sections Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what to put where. Probably "Requirements" for required qualifications, "Qualifications" for preferred? Or "Skills" for skills. Let's map: - Required Qualifications: list of items (enrolled, age, interest, communication, direction, technical writing proficiency, safety, work auth). That's requirements. - Preferred Qualifications: experience using AutoCAD or Revit, prior internship and leadership involvement. - Skills: maybe we can extract skills from required: interpersonal and communication skills, technical writing, office automation, software, spreadsheets, technology, tools. Could be a Skills section. But we must not create sections with filler. If we have content, we can include. Pay: There's compensation: Expected Salary (all locations): $23.03 - $31.11 plus description. So we can have

    Pay

with paragraph. Benefits: The posting mentions "Please note that there is no relocation or housing assistance associated with this internship." Also later about WSP benefits: "Employees are also afforded a comprehensive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings...". However that is about WSP generally, not specifically internship benefits. The instruction: include Benefits section only if posting actually states them. The posting does mention benefits in the "About WSP" section: "Employees are also afforded a comprehensive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings...". That's about employees, but interns? Not explicitly said interns get those benefits. Might be considered not specific to internship. Safer to omit Benefits section unless explicit. There's also "no relocation or housing assistance". That's a negative but could be considered benefit info. But we could include a short note under About the role or maybe under Benefits? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we include Benefits only if there is clear benefit info. The mention of no relocation/housing assistance is a detail about what is NOT provided. Could be included in About the role paragraph. I'd keep Benefits out. Schedule: The posting mentions "This 12-week internship will be part of the WSP Summer Internship Program that is scheduled to start on May 17th, 2027. The individual start date of the internship may be flexible." That's schedule info. So we can have

    Schedule

with paragraph. We also have location info: offices in Kansas City, MO; Chicago, IL; Saint Louis, MO; Minneapolis, MN. That's part of About the role. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, Equal Opportunity, etc. Remove those. We must not include application instructions, cookie/navigation/legal. We must preserve all substantive info. Let's craft HTML. Structure:

    About the role

WSP USA hosts hundreds of interns across the United States to gain hands‑on, meaningful work experience to enhance their education and professional aptitude. Interns gain exposure to real projects while working side by side with senior staff and participate in the Developing Professionals Network for mentorship, networking, and lifelong career connections. The Property and Buildings Team is seeking a full‑time MEP Engineering Intern – Summer 2027 to work out of the Kansas City, MO; Chicago, IL; Saint Louis, MO; and Minneapolis, MN offices. This temporary 12‑week internship is for students currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program, with a program start date of May 17, 2027 (flexible start dates possible).

    • Support preparation of final design plans, special provisions, and cost estimates.

    • Must be 18 years of age or older.
    • Demonstrated interest in M.E.P. or a related field and a strong desire to advance skills related to WSP’s work and projects.
    • Competent interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with others, expressing ideas effectively and professionally to engineering and non‑engineering audiences.
    • Capable of taking direction from leadership, mentors, and managers to execute projects.
    • Basic proficiency with technical writing, office automation, software, spreadsheets, technology, and tools.

    • Prior internship and leadership involvement on campus.

    Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; technical writing proficiency; competence with office automation software, spreadsheets, and general technology tools.

    Pay

Expected salary (all locations): $23.03 – $31.11 per hour. WSP USA provides this range in good faith based on the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and geographic location, and reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range depending on circumstances unrelated to protected characteristics.

    Schedule

12‑week summer internship scheduled to begin May 17, 2027; individual start dates may be flexible.

We need to ensure we didn't repeat job title as heading. We didn't. We omitted Benefits section. Check we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, etc. We removed. Check we preserved all substantive info: internship description, locations, duration, start date, responsibilities, required qualifications, preferred qualifications, skills, pay, schedule. Also note about no relocation/housing assistance: we omitted that. Is that substantive? It says "Please note that there is no relocation or housing assistance associated with this internship." That's a detail about what is not provided. Should we preserve? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we should include that detail somewhere. Could be included in About the role paragraph or maybe a separate note. Let's add a sentence in About the role: "Please note that there is no relocation or housing assistance associated with this internship." Also we have info about Developing Professionals Network, mentorship, networking opportunities, lifelong career connections. Already included. We also have info about WSP's benefits in About WSP section: "Employees are also afforded a comprehensive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings...". That's about employees, not necessarily interns. But it's substantive info about the company. Should we include? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information. However we are to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The benefits description is not boilerplate; it's a substantive description of WSP benefits. But the instruction also says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". The benefits section would be specific content. However the benefits are described under "About WSP" which is more about the company, not necessarily internship benefits. But it's still substantive info about the employer. The instruction didn't restrict to internship-specific content; just says preserve ALL substantive information. So we could include a Benefits section with that info. However we must be careful not to create a section with filler. The benefits description is specific: medical, dental, vision, disability, life, retirement savings. So we could include a Benefits section. But we already have a Pay section. Benefits could be separate. Let's add a Benefits section after Pay or before. We need to decide headings: Benefits. We'll include:

    Benefits

WSP USA offers a comprehensive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings plans aimed at providing health and financial stability throughout employees’ careers.

We should also note that the internship does not provide relocation or housing assistance; we can mention that in About the role. Now check for any other substantive info: "Through our Developing Professionals Network, interns gain mentorship, networking opportunities and lifelong career connections." Already in About the role. "Our interns gain exposure to real projects while working side by side with senior staff." Included. "Our Property and Buildings Team is seeking a full-time MEP Engineering Intern - Summer 2027 to work out of our Kansas City, MO, Chicago, IL, Saint Louis, MO, and Minneapolis, MN offices." Included. "This temporary position is seeking individuals currently enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate degree program." Included. "This 12-week internship will be part of the WSP Summer Internship Program that is scheduled to start on May 17th, 2027. The individual start date of the internship may be flexible." Included in Schedule. "Your Impact Support a variety of engineering tasks..." Actually that's a heading "Your Impact". We could treat that as part of Responsibilities. Already covered. "Please note that there is no relocation or housing assistance associated with this internship." Added. "Who You Are Required Qualifications" we turned into Requirements. "Preferred Qualifications" we turned into Preferred Qualifications. "Compensation Expected Salary (all locations): $23.03 - $31.11" we turned into Pay. "About WSP ABOUT US ..." we turned into Benefits? Actually we used benefits description from that paragraph. Also there is description of WSP: "WSP USA is the U.S. operating company of WSP, one of the world's leading engineering and professional services firms
