About the role

Responsibilities

• Understand and communicate project scope to subcontractors and suppliers
• Demonstrate expertise in various technology skills (On Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, & Sage Estimating)
• Execute completion of the risk management process
• Interpret design information and perform quantity surveys
• Understand industry standards (CSI, Master Format, BOD)

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management or related field preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Experience working with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
