We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our MEP Building Technology team on our project in Franklin Furnace, OH. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Responsibilities

• Initial responsibilities include on-site trade coordination and management, coordination of material design, fabrication, delivery and installation, ongoing interaction with field supervision, management of cost and design issues (change orders, RFIs, document updates, etc.) and other responsibilities focused on overall project management and success.
• Read and understand Construction Design Documents and Specifications.
• Perform construction cost estimates and quantity surveys for various scopes of work.
• Overall trade management and coordination, and some level of exposure to BIM.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a construction/engineering related field OR 3+ years of equivalent work experience
• Outstanding communication and time management skills
• Computer skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment

Preferred:

• Willingness to relocate as needed
