MEP Coordinator (Construction)

About the role

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated MEP Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems are well coordinated, properly installed, and fully integrated with all project scopes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across all project phases.
• Lead MEP coordination meetings and manage clash detection using BIM tools.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and ensure compliance with project documents.
• Collaborate with trade partners and design teams to resolve system conflicts.
• Track MEP procurement, equipment lead times, and schedule impacts.
• Support testing, inspections, commissioning, and closeout documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of MEP coordination experience in construction.
• Proficiency in BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
