Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction services according to project requirements.
- Lead the coordination drawings process and resolve issues between subcontractors.
- Assist in design and construction team meetings, resolving MEP issues.
- Review and log all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings.
- Support the PM in scope reviews, budgeting, and change order work justification.
- Supervise the installation of MEP work and other work as directed.
- Participate in on-site coordination meetings with subcontractors' foremen.
Requirements
- Required Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business.
- Vocational Training Required.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of construction experience with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction procedures and practices.
