MEP Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction services according to project requirements.
• Lead the coordination drawings process and resolve issues between subcontractors.
• Assist in design and construction team meetings, resolving MEP issues.
• Review and log all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings.
• Support the PM in scope reviews, budgeting, and change order work justification.
• Supervise the installation of MEP work and other work as directed.
• Participate in on-site coordination meetings with subcontractors' foremen.

Requirements

• Required Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business.
• Vocational Training Required.
• Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of construction experience with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction procedures and practices.

Benefits
