MEP Construction Manager

Data Centers | Owner's Representative | Nationwide TravelThe Opportunity A specialist owner's-representative and engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to support the delivery of major data center projects across the United States. This position will represent the owner throughout construction, providing on-site oversight of the general contractor and trade partners across mechanical, electrical, plumbing and mission-critical infrastructure. The successful candidate will identify delivery risks, monitor quality and schedule performance, and help ensure MEP systems are installed, tested and turned over in accordance with the project requirements.The position requires approximately 75% travel and will suit someone comfortable working on large, technically complex data center projects. RequirementsMinimum 5 years of construction experience, including at least 3 years delivering data center projects.Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire-protection and mission-critical systems.Experience overseeing MEP contractors, coordinating trades, reviewing drawings and supporting commissioning and turnover.Willingness to travel approximately 75% and work on-site across the United States.
