MEP Construction Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to support the delivery of large-scale data center and mission-critical projects across multiple locations. This role will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scope from construction through commissioning, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scope from construction through commissioning.
• Ensure work is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Work closely with contractors, consultants, vendors, and client stakeholders to drive project success.
• Maintain strong communication and coordination across all project phases.
• Willingness to travel as required to support projects across the United States.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience focused on MEP systems.
• Data center, mission-critical, or other highly technical project experience required.
• Previous experience working for an Owner's Representative, PM consultancy, or similar client-side organization.
• Strong field and site-based construction management experience.
• Ability to coordinate contractors, consultants, commissioning teams, and client stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and construction safety.
• Willingness to travel to project locations as needed.
