About the role
The Menu Systems Manager at NAYA is responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing the menu architecture across all ordering platforms. This role ensures a consistent, accurate, and intuitive experience for guests regardless of how they place their orders. Key responsibilities include overseeing integrations, managing data accuracy, leading testing for new items and system updates, and collaborating cross-functionally to support flawless rollouts.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a seamless ordering experience for guests across in-store, digital, and delivery channels through clean, consistent menu architecture.
- Increase operational efficiency and reduce errors by ensuring accurate routing, pricing, modifiers, and integrations.
- Support profitability and speed of service through menu clarity, system reliability, and proactive issue resolution.
- Enable flawless launches of new menu items, system updates, and new restaurant openings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred—ideally in Information Systems, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in menu configuration, POS management, or digital ordering systems in a multi-unit restaurant environment.
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant operations, technology, or systems enablement roles.
- Proven experience managing cross-channel menu integrations using tools such as Toast, Lunchbox, Checkmate, and On Line Ordering Systems.
- Demonstrated success implementing process improvements, QA procedures, and data accuracy initiatives.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- A mindset that is highly detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, able to see the menu as a cohesive system, and passionate about improving guest and team experience through streamlined systems and thoughtful design.
