About the Role
The Menu Monitor provides friendly, attentive, and efficient service to Alfred Health patients. The role is responsible for supporting patients with their menu orders and preparing tray labels to meet or exceed patient expectations.
Responsibilities
- Support patients with menu orders
- Prepare tray labels accurately
- Ensure patient satisfaction with food services
Qualifications
- Current certification in food handling/food safety or willingness to obtain
Skills
- Experience in a customer or client-facing role in a service delivery organization
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to develop relationships with people from diverse backgrounds

Schedule
Friday to Tuesday, 0700 - 1506, with flexibility for PM shift 1124 - 1930.
