Mental Health Worker - Fee for Service Therapist

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in a human‑services field such as Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or Psychology.
• One year of prior clinical or counseling experience is strongly preferred.
• Show knowledge of evidence‑based and/or recovery‑oriented treatment practices.
• Display strong documentation, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Be proficient with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Be able to work with adults, children, and adolescents.
• Maintain a schedule that supports billing approximately 15–20 direct client contact hours per week.
