Requirements
- Possess a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
- Have one year of mental health psychotherapy experience
- Hold an active PA driver's license with reliable transportation
- Preferred: Professional licensure in Pennsylvania as a social worker, counselor, or psychologist
Responsibilities
- Evaluate incoming referrals to determine appropriate treatment intervention
- Prepare diagnostic assessments, case histories, and other related correspondence
- Develop a preliminary treatment plan within the first two counseling sessions
- Develop a Master Treatment plan by the fourth counseling session
- Review and revise treatment plans with the client every 60 days
- Provide ongoing therapy and supportive counseling services
- Conduct and complete client case consults with supervisor and/or other clinical staff
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field
- One year of mental health psychotherapy experience
- Active PA driver's license with reliable transportation
- Professional licensure in Pennsylvania as a social worker, counselor, or psychologist (preferred)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
