About the role
Thrive Therapy is looking for a dedicated Mental Health Worker to join our team. The candidate must be able to work on-site and provide mental health services as needed. This position is on a per-diem basis.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct support to clients, monitors their condition, facilitates therapeutic activities, and offers crisis intervention.
- Develops and implements care plans.
- Participates in training and supervision as assigned and required.
- Documents client progress and properly maintains client records.
- Collaborates with healthcare providers, educators, and other professionals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field.
- At least five (5) years of experience providing mental health treatment.
- A background check in accordance with state and federal regulations; State Criminal Clearance, Child Abuse Clearance and FBI Clearance.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Great observational skills to assess behavioral changes.
- Physical abilities (e.g., ability to walk stairs, lift up to 40 lbs).
Pay
Starting at $21/Hour (Per Diem)
