Mental Health Worker
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- The candidate must be at least 18 years old.
- One year of experience working in the Behavioral Health field or population in a group home or residential facility setting is preferred.
- A valid and clean driver’s license is required.
- The position requires full-time, 1st shift work from 8am-4pm with a rotation of weekends.
Responsibilities
The Mental Health Worker interacts with and supports the individual in various settings, including community, family, or individual homes, and Adult Training Facilities (ATF).
The worker provides personal care, instruction, guidance, mentoring, companionship, and support, often across a 24-hour period, according to the individual's Person-Centered Plan/Individual Support Plan (ISP).
The role involves enhancing the health, safety, dignity, and contentment of every consumer served.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should be able to work full-time, 1st shift from 8am-4pm with a rotation of weekends.

Pay
$18.81 per hour with the option to earn enhanced pay.
Schedule
Full-time, 1st shift from 8am-4pm with a rotation of weekends.
