Mental Health Worker

Job Description

The Mental Health Worker performs assigned duties under the direction and supervision of a licensed professional and provides support services as assigned on the various nursing units by assisting the professional staff.

Education And Credentials

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Substance Abuse or Criminal Justice preferred.

Experience

• 5 years of experience in direct patient care experience working with individuals with a primary mental health diagnosis preferred.

Pay

• Salary Range: $22.59 -$28.58
• Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
