Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide measurement-based trauma-informed treatment to youth served by Adelphoi Education.
- Offer counsel, assistance, and behavioral interventions to youth in the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP).
- Collaborate with administration and program staff to establish and maintain an effective learning climate.
- Implement and monitor behavior interventions.
- Assist with the daily operations and child management of youth.
Requirements
- Associates Degree required in education, psychology, social work, and/or other related field.
- Experience in counseling dependent, delinquent, or at-risk youth preferred.
- Or, any equivalent combination of education and/or training.
