Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide measurement-based trauma-informed treatment to youth served by Adelphoi Education.
• Offer counsel, assistance, and behavioral interventions to youth in the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP).
• Collaborate with administration and program staff to establish and maintain an effective learning climate.
• Implement and monitor behavior interventions.
• Assist with the daily operations and child management of youth.

Requirements

• Associates Degree required in education, psychology, social work, and/or other related field.
• Experience in counseling dependent, delinquent, or at-risk youth preferred.
• Or, any equivalent combination of education and/or training.
