Mental Health Therapist – Women's Health - Missouri resident/licensed - Hybrid Contract

About the role

Seven Starling is seeking an Independently Licensed Therapist in Missouri with their own office space to join our world-class clinical team. The ideal candidate will deliver both in-person and virtual care to our patients, with Seven Starling providing additional compensation for the use of your physical office space beyond the standard session rates.

Responsibilities

• Lead individual therapy sessions in both telehealth and in-person settings, serving perinatal patients, including providing in-person services at your own office location if needed
• Participate in clinical consultation groups to enhance clinical skills

Requirements

• Current independent license as a professional counselor, clinical social worker, marriage & family therapist, or psychologist in Missouri
• Minimum 1 year experience working with perinatal patients
• Minimum 1 year experience working with perimenopause patients
• Minimum 1 year experience in telehealth settings
• Minimum 1 year experience in in-person clinical settings
• Must have your own office space suitable for providing in-person therapy services

Qualifications

• Comfort learning new systems and experience with electronic medical records
• Proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic medical records, and Google Suite
• Experience with in-person and telehealth settings

Skills

• Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment

Pay

• $70: 55 minute Individual Sessions
• $75: 55 minute Intake/Assessment
• $300 for tasks associated with onboarding once complete
• Additional monthly compensation for the use of your physical office space

Schedule

• Contract Role with fully flexible schedule
• Must have and maintain your own office space for in-person services as needed
