Compensation
- Earn a clinical rate of $58.50/hour (including mandatory training) and an administrative rate (including no shows/late cancellations) of $17.50/hour as a Missouri resident with semi-monthly pay.
- If based out-of-state, clinical rates will range between $58.50 - $85.
About the Role
- Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
- Maintain a caseload of 7-20 attended ongoing therapy sessions per week.
- Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress.
- Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.
- Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
Requirements
- License: Active license and in good standing as a LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Missouri.
- Cross-licensure: Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states. We will cover the cost.
- Caseload: Available for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions. Sessions will include ongoing therapy appointments and assessments for new clients.
- Experience: 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), at least six months of teletherapy experience, and proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress.
- Tech: At least six months of teletherapy experience and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
