About the role

Provide culturally sensitive assessments and tailored outpatient individual and family therapy, fostering healing and resilience in diverse clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
  • Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support client stability.
  • Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
  • Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms accurately and timely.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administrative staff for comprehensive care.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
  • Provisional license if required by state regulation.
  • Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality, ethical care.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to build rapport, and manage time effectively.
  • Dedication to professional development through supervision and continuing education.
