About the role
Provide culturally sensitive assessments and tailored outpatient individual and family therapy, fostering healing and resilience in diverse clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
- Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support client stability.
- Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
- Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administrative staff for comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
- Provisional license if required by state regulation.
- Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality, ethical care.
- Strong communication skills, ability to build rapport, and manage time effectively.
