The company has delivered over 15 million sessions of mental health care, published more than 35 peer-reviewed studies, and achieved unmatched outcomes in access, clinical effectiveness, and cost efficiency. Lyra members access care in one day, with nine out of ten improving with support from providers like you.

About the role

Lyra developed an innovative video therapy program called Lyra Care Therapy: blending live video sessions with between-session digital psychoeducation and customizable skill-building tools. As a Lyra Care Therapist, you’ll provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video, maintaining a caseload of diverse clinical needs. You’ll assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to enhance learning and monitor outcomes between sessions.

Lyra’s clients come from varied backgrounds and experiences, requiring culturally responsive care that accounts for the impact of cultural context on each person’s experience. You’ll collaborate with peers through one-on-one and group clinical consultations, peer-based quality assurance reviews, and robust training to enhance your skills. Expert consultation and support for complex clients are always available, ensuring you’re never alone while working remotely within the U.S.

This role is ideal for a licensed clinician with excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for continuous learning, and comfort in a feedback-rich environment. Experience with a broad spectrum of mental health needs—from milder presentations to complex and severe cases—is highly valued. If you thrive in evolving processes and a rapidly growing business, this role is for you.

We are prioritizing hiring in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Massachusetts, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington, but welcome applications from all states. Cross-licensure sponsorship is available in selected states.
