What You’ll Do
- Provide therapy, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning (DSM-5)
- Maintain a caseload of a minimum 25 client sessions per week
- Complete documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
- Use evidence-based and creative interventions
- Attend clinical meetings and trainings
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Licensed in Idaho (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, LPC, LMSW)
- Experience with assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Experience with kids/teens and/or couples/families preferred
- Strong communication skills and comfort with diverse populations
- (Bonus) Gottman, EFT, Play Therapy, Sand Tray, trauma-informed care, insurance credentialing
