About the Role

We provide family-oriented, strength-based mental health services for children and families in their own home and community. This position will participate in an on-call rotation with other Clinicians and Clinical Care Coordinators. Clinicians work flexible schedules based on the needs of those we serve. This unique way of working allows Clinicians/Therapists the opportunity to offer a high level of collaboration, coordination, and intensive behavioral health services while allowing for creativity and needs-driven services.

Emphasis is on achieving incredible outcomes with children, youth, and families by actively partnering with them along with their natural and community services and supports to achieve long-term safety and stability within each family as well as our neighborhoods and communities. We strive to help children and families live together safely and securely with hope and promise.

This position will be based out of the FBH Olympia/Shelton/Yelm office. Services will be provided in community-based settings and in family homes. The role requires scheduling flexibility to meet the needs of youth and families served.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, creative, and flexible mental health services infused with evidence-based and evidence-informed strategies.
• Engage children, youth, and family members in services using an energetic and innovative style.
• Work collaboratively with families and their natural and community supports to achieve long-term safety and stability.
• Participate in an on-call rotation with other Clinicians and Clinical Care Coordinators.
• Assess safety in community and family homes.
• Deliver culturally competent services and work effectively in multi-cultural situations.
• Work both independently and as a member of a team.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or equivalent accredited degree.
• Knowledge of WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) principles and practice preferred but not required at time of hire.
• Ability to engage children, youth, and family members in services.

• Ability to visually assess safety in community and family homes.

• Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation with an acceptable driving record.
• Must successfully pass required background clearances prior to employment.

Pay

Starting Salary Range: $90,084.80 - $100,193.60

• First Responder pay: $1,800.00 per year
• Performance-based pay: up to $8,000.00 per year
• Licensure pay: $250.00 per pay period (2 times per month)
• Bi-lingual fluency skills stipend: $100 - $200 per pay period (2 times per month) for service provision supporting the families we serve. Tiered language stipend based on language proficiency and youth and family needs.

Training and Supervision
