Mental Health Therapist - Master's (FBH Clinician III)

About the role

Catholic Community Services, Family Behavioral Health is expanding and seeking a Clinician to join our team. We are a values-driven organization providing family-oriented behavioral health care for children, youth, and families. We are an approved National Health Service Corps site and offer various benefits including First Responder pay, performance-based pay, licensure pay, and bi-lingual fluency skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide family, strength-based mental health services in community and family homes.
  • Engage children, youth, and family members in services with an energetic, innovative, and enthusiastic approach.
  • Work collaboratively with youth and families, their natural and community services, and supports to achieve long-term safety and stability.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation with other Clinicians and Clinical Care Coordinators.
  • Offer a high level of collaboration, coordination, and intensive behavior health services while maintaining flexibility and creativity.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences or equivalent, accredited degree.
  • Energetic, innovative style with the ability to engage children, youth, and family members in services.
  • Enthusiastic and optimistic approach, encouraging ongoing participation of all involved.
  • Natural ability to work with others through a genuine strengths-based approach, appreciating unique qualities.
  • Passion for helping families stay together.
  • Ability to visually assess safety in the community and family homes.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.

  • Ability to meet with clients and colleagues in homes and community locations as needed.
  • Preference for a flexible schedule rather than a traditional, fixed 8-5 Monday through Friday facility-based position.
  • Should be able to participate in on-call rotation responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) principles and practice preferred, but not required at time of hire.

Pay

Starting Salary Range: $90.084.80 - $100,193.60

Additional Pay/Ability To Earn:

  • First Responder pay: $1,800.00 per year
  • Pay based on performance: up to $8,000.00 per year
  • Licensure pay: $250.00 per pay period (2 times per month)
