Mental Health Therapist (Looking for female candidates only)

About the Role

We are seeking a licensed Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy for adolescents in a nationally recognized residential treatment program. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about working with teens and families while contributing to a collaborative, evidence-based treatment environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate Program using the Core Value Behavioral Change Model.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.
• Communicate regularly with families regarding treatment progress.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and discharge planning.
• Support students' emotional, behavioral, and social development.

Requirements

• Active Utah Associate or independent licensure (AMFT, LMSW, ALPC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent).
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Experience working with emotional, behavioral, and social development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Residential Treatment Center experience.
• Experience working with adolescents (ages 12-17).
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with high-conflict families.
