About the Role
We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist to provide culturally sensitive assessments, individual and family therapy, and develop safety and wellness plans. The therapist collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care, participates in case consultations, and maintains professional documentation and billing responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and create a welcoming environment for clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Deliver tailored outpatient therapy for individuals and families, fostering resilience and healing.
- Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support client stability.
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning.
- Complete documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administrative staff to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
- Current active license or eligibility for licensure in Washington State.
