About the Role

Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient offers a wide range of outpatient services across the state of Arkansas with service delivery models to fit the various needs of patients as young as age 5. We address a variety of emotional/behavioral health needs for children, teens, and adults in a traditional clinic-based setting, but we also provide options for therapy sessions in the school or home. As part of Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Health System, we bring over 25 years of experience providing quality care to children and adolescents, extending that same expertise to our adult population.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health modalities and develop specific treatment goals for targeted client populations.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality and cost-effective healthcare consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing, and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Master’s Degree in a Human Services field, preferably Social Work, from an accredited university.
• Current licensure (LAC, LMFT, LPC, LPE-I, PLMSW, LMSW, or LCSW).
• Minimum of two years of psychiatric treatment experience preferred, along with experience in individual, group, and family therapy.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Arkansas laws governing services to children, adolescents, and adults preferred.
• Basic knowledge of educational, psychological, and social service systems as related to special education and behavior treatment preferred.
