Hands On Health Associates, LLC is a community focused outpatient behavioral health clinic serving the diverse and resilient residents of New York. We provide culturally responsive care to individuals and families navigating mental health challenges, trauma, drug dependence, housing instability, and other complex social stressors. We offer supervision toward LMHC, LMSW and LCSW licensure, a flexible schedule with minimal weekend work, and a genuine commitment to work/life balance. Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Perform regular patient outreach
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

• LMHC, LMSW, LCSW, MHC-LP or MSW-LP (Required)
• 1+ years experience in OMH/OASAS environment (Required)
• Familiarity with both Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Treatment (Strongly Preferred)
• EHR documentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized

Pay

$60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
