What You’ll Do
- Provide 100% telehealth therapy
- Conduct intakes, therapy sessions, and ongoing treatment planning
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director for complex or crisis cases
- Complete documentation using built-in AI tools
- Customize clinical preferences to align with your expertise
Your Schedule & Caseload
- Minimum of 5 hours/week, with the option to build up to a full caseload
- Weekends and evenings are available but not mandatory
- You choose the ages, conditions, and session types you want to work with
Qualifications
- Active independent license in Illinois (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, Clinical Psychologist, or equivalent)
- 2+ years experience treating children/teens and their families
- Strong foundation in CBT and evidence-based treatment delivered via telehealth
- Experience with ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, and related conditions
- Enjoy autonomy and working in a supportive virtual environment
- Spanish bilingual is a plus
