About the role

Join a supportive behavioral health team as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, dedicated to improving access to mental health care and fostering growth for emerging and experienced therapists.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for diverse clients and families.
• Provide individualized outpatient therapy, including family interventions.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support client stability.
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and discharge planning.
• Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic mental health care.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related fields.
• Active or eligible professional license in Washington State.
• Passionate about mental health and committed to quality care and ongoing professional development.
• Strong communication, rapport-building, and time management skills.
• Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality.

Pay

Base compensation range of $56 – $67 per billable unit, with potential variations based on licensure and experience.
