Mental Health Therapist - Contractor

About the role

Licensed mental health provider collaborating with a network that offers evidence-based therapy for diverse client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to children, adults, couples, and families.
• Manage clinical risks and respond to crises.
• Support clients through in-person or virtual sessions, utilizing clinical best practices and measurement-based care.
• Engage with the provider platform for seamless scheduling, billing, and client matching.
• Participate in clinical consultations and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a clinical field (e.g., MSW, MFT, PhD, PsyD).
• Unrestricted license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD) to practice independently.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments like CBT, DBT, ACT, CPT.
• Ability to work with children, adults, couples, and families, preferably in person.
• Experience managing clinical risks and crises.
• Resident of the United States.
