Mental Health Therapist – Community Action Team

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy in homes and community settings.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop recovery-focused treatment plans.
• Respond to crises and coordinate care with schools, courts, and community partners.
• Support recovery and resilience for clients and families.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in mental health therapy, preferably with youth and young adults.
• Strong ability to develop treatment plans and conduct assessments.
• Excellent communication and crisis response skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
