About the role
Therapy Solutions is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our growing outpatient counseling team. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality mental health services while helping clients find hope, healing, and lasting positive change.
Responsibilities
- Provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families to assist with emotional, behavioral, relational, and life-transition challenges.
- Help clients develop insight into themselves, their relationships, and their personal goals.
- Guide clients in developing effective coping skills, strategies, and solutions to address concerns and improve well-being.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment, professional judgment, and client goals.
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and treatment planning.
- Evaluate clients’ mental and emotional health status and modify treatment approaches as appropriate.
- Collaborate with colleagues and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes.
- Advocate for clients and assist with accessing community resources and support services when needed.
- Refer clients and family members to specialists or additional resources as appropriate.
- Monitor client progress and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions.
- Discharge clients when clinically appropriate and assist with transition planning.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation and treatment records.
- Protect client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and professional standards.
- Remain current on emerging research, best practices, and developments within the mental health profession.
- Offer faith-based counseling services when requested and maintain faithfulness to Catholic and Christian teachings regarding morals and the human person.
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctoral degree or equivalent in Social Work, Counseling, or Clinical Psychology.
- Licensed to practice in the state of North Dakota or eligible to be licensed as one of the following: LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker), or LAPC (Licensed Associate Professional Counselor).
- Strong understanding of counseling theories, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Commitment to maintaining professional ethics and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals, couples, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Pay
$31.00 – $40.00 per hour, based on experience, credentials, and qualifications.
