Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Provide behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages.
  • Work from our Salem office while having the flexibility to work remotely 1 day a week.
  • Manage a full-time caseload of 25 clients per week, including 25 one-hour sessions.
  • Utilize CEU Support through CE4Less.
  • Participate in a supportive and collaborative work environment.
  • Enjoy a flexible schedule and the option to work a four-day workweek.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or related field.
  • Licensed in Oregon as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
  • Experience providing behavioral health services to clients of all ages.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or related field.

Pay

Compensation is based on billable services rendered and ranges from $76,032 to $120,960 per year, depending on caseload and client engagement.
