About the Role
Join a team dedicated to improving access to mental health care as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist.
Responsibilities
- Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for diverse clients and families.
- Provide individualized outpatient therapy, including family interventions, tailored to client needs.
- Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support client stability.
- Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and discharge planning.
- Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver holistic care.
Requirements
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
- Current or eligible professional license in Washington State.
- Passion for mental health and commitment to quality care.
- Strong communication, rapport-building, and time management skills.
- Dedication to ethical practice, confidentiality, and ongoing professional development.
