About the Role

Join our team as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide culturally sensitive assessments, outpatient individual and family therapy, and develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic mental health care while supporting clients' growth and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for diverse clients and families in a welcoming environment.
• Provide tailored therapy sessions based on client needs.
• Develop crisis and safety plans to maintain client stability.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms accurately.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Current active license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and ongoing professional development.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport.
• Effective time management and administrative skills.
