Mental Health Therapist

About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide culturally sensitive assessments, outpatient individual and family therapy, and develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans. The therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in case consultations and discharge planning, and ensure timely documentation and billing.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Active or eligible professional license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

• Ability to build rapport with clients and team members
