About the role
Join us as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in a supportive, collaborative environment dedicated to improving mental health access and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conducting culturally sensitive assessments for diverse clients and families.
- Providing tailored outpatient individual and family therapy to promote healing and resilience.
- Developing crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support client stability.
- Participating in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
- Completing billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms accurately and timely.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic mental health care.
Qualifications
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
- Current active license or eligibility for licensure in the state.
