Mental Health Therapist

About the role

CHI Health Saint Mary’s is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will evaluate and assess the bio-psycho-social needs of patients, assist in determining the most appropriate level of care, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and provide supervision to clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and assesses the bio-psycho-social needs of patients.
• Aids in determining the most appropriate level of care for the patient, and makes appropriate referrals when indicated.
• Develops comprehensive treatment plans in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Provides supervision to clinical staff as needed.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Master’s degree from an accredited educational institution in Counseling, Social Work, Nursing, or other related behavioral health field is required.
• LIMHP or LICSW license in Nebraska is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient therapy is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.

• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.

Pay

The posted compensation range is $32.85 - $39.07 /hour, reflecting the lowest to highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.

Schedule

Monday-Friday days, 80 hours per week.
